The “crazy wisdom” found in this neo-shamanic practice inspires us to discover ceremonial and practical ways we can fullfil our roles as guardians of the earth. Sacred Soul Fire is a consciously co-created Fire Circle event that empowers us play and discover our direct connection to spirit while sharing time building community. One Fire at a Time

Our intentions all surround the development of the personal evolution of consciousness, as individuals, collectives, communities and a species to care for one another and help broadcast harmony. We do this in the ways we play, make music, share and co-create ritual. We empower each other to manage the work of production and we collaborate with our art and the description of what we do. We want to share what we have learned and provide opportunities for the magic of the fire, the dance, and the drumming to spark a song in the heart of humanity. We do this because we are convinced that these actions will help to bring more light to the world.

Music and Drumming at the Fire

The dynamic nature of the all night Fire Circle, longs for the music to ebb and flow. Like the lungs of our body the music wants to expand and contract. When we remember to leave space for the unexpected to arrive through chanting, spoken words, silence, crazy wisdom and humorous instigations, the body of the fire circle breathes life into us all. Renewing our spirits and blessing us with insights and experiences that are magic and co-created in the moment.

Dance and Movement

One of the ways shamanic cultures have accessed trance is through dance and movement. Movement and dance can draw our attention inward to our bodies. By moving, we enliven the soul, and engage with the music. Motion has the ability to put us in touch with our own inner rhythm, the rhythm of the circle and the rhythm of the Earth herself. Each step you take can literally be grounding for yourself, our Fire Circle Community, and the world at large.

Shamanic Healing and Sacred SoulFire

Our extended communities Fire Circles are known for deep play and trance work. A common experience many people found at the all night fire circle is a quick jump into a trance or trance like experiences. Much like dreaming, when the soul and the body enters into the all night fire circle, we drift in and out of alternate realities. In our experience, it is the nature of the ordeal. To shut it down is to limit ones experience. We find this work to be very healing and helpful and encourage you to be authentic in your expressions.

The Fire Circle Shrine

We invite you to bring your most authentic self to the Fire Circle Shrine of Sacred Soul Fire, and to co-create a place of harmony. It is a zone where we may explore our mythic reality, through art, music, movement and trust. It is a place where we allow our most sacred self to emerge and engage with all that are present. It is an opportunity to share and swell in the compassion, the magic, the pulse, the sound, the silence, the kindred spirits and the joy of the all night fire.

The Fire Itself

The Fire itself is the center of the Sacred Soul Fire. Much like the sun is the center of our universe. In the co-created magical universe of the Fire Circle Shrine, the Fire is a beacon, a spiritual spotlight, designed to empower you, to empower us all, to guide us in learning how to become our highest vision, right here and right now!

The Altars of Sacred Soul Fire

All of the altars at Sacred Soul Fire are available for community interaction, unless they are in someone's private space. Please feel free to bring items that are special to you and will beautify the altars in our community spaces and the Fire Circle Shrine. Many of our altars provide ways to care for some practical realities like having food and water in the middle of the night. We encourage you to particpate in the creation of these altars.

Community

We are a community, that shifts and grows and is determined by those who show up. We are a sea of souls that are called to express our authentic natures for the empowerment of all beings. To witness and support the moments of opening that people often have at their first fire circle experience is one of our favorite parts of sponsoring events, and being at other gatherings.

Glossary of Terms

There are many folks that have been engaged in the work and sacred play of the all-night fire circle. Over the years, we have learned that there are things that happen at every Fire Circle, and there are things that are unique to each Fire Circle. Through our shared experiences and by paying attention we have begun to develop a common language. We have discovered ways to co-create environments where we can particpate in, witness and subtly facilitate deep transformation. Years of experience have shown us what works and what does not. These terms have been defined my Mz. imani and a team of collaborators and are offered here as a tool. A tool to help folks who are new to the Fire Circle experience to navigate, and hopefully understand, one expression of what it is that we do at the all-night Fire Circle.
